Daily administration of LOLA Shenzhen office
Dealing with LOLA Shenzhen’accounting and taxation matters (in
collaboration with external Chinese accountants)
Assisting Chinese and foreign designers with projects administration
Coordination with the administration and finance departments of LOLA Rotterdam office
Passionate about landscape& architecture design
Diligence and dedication
Basic knowledge about company accounting and taxation
Flexibility with working hours
University or college degree
Fluent in the English language
International working environment

LOLA Landscape Architects is a progressive design office for landscape architecture and landscape research. The main office is based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and currently has a team of 38 employees. Founded in 2006, LOLA has several national and international projects, publications, and awards to its name.
Since 2018 LOLA entered the market in Shenzhen. After winning several competitions we are now working on various ambitious projects: a new Forest and Sports Park in Guangming, a new central park space in Qianhai, the upgrade of Lychee Park, and the upgrade of Shenzhen Bay Park, Shenzhen Sports Center and HAID Group Campus. We opened a satellite office at OCT Loft and are closely collaborating with local design agencies. In order to handle our growing workload, we are expanding the team.
